I wrote the note below to Molly in response to the lovely testimonial she wrote for me on my Flickr profile page. . I was so surprised and touched by her words, especially since she is a person who I greatly admire That's partly because I'm also a dog lover and have rescued a few dogs myself, but mostly because she has so unselfishly left behind the comforts and conveniences of her life in the US to help & educate the people in Peru and also to save the lives of many sick, starving, and homeless dogs there. Molly says she feels fortunate rather than deprived to be able to follow a calling and do what she loves best while also being of benefit to others. I'm not only very happy for her that she is doing what she truly enjoys, but I'm also grateful and very happy for the many people and animals in Peru that she's helping. Thanks again for all you are doing, Molly. You are a joy and an inspiration to so many of us that view your Flickr photos and your Amazoncares.org web site.
