To me, photography is about capturing moments in time. Sometimes not picture perfect.

When you look at one of my photos, you see that moment exactly as how it happened.

Concert photography was my first professional venture.

Brandi Carlile at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA was my very first concert photography attempt. I left my college class early to catch the show. I photographed for a small magazine until I created my own online gallery. More bands followed. Mumford & Sons, FUN, Tegan and Sara, Gotye, Missy Higgins, Brett Eldredge, Amanda Palmer, Rufus Wainwright, Owl City, Walk the Moon, Switchfoot etc.

I then dove into sports photography. I regularly photographed the United States Women's National Team, the National Women's Soccer League and international tournaments. I photograph college and high school sports for schools and media.
