Mother of three, nana to one, zoo keeper of many. I'm a cake decorater/artist, gardener and who knows what role I'll play tomorrow. Some see the cup as half empty, I see it as half full but most importantly... I want to know what's inside the cup. I played around with cakes a bit when my daughters were young, occasionally making their birthday cakes and found that I really enjoyed it. I fell in love with cakes about 7 yrs ago and just can't seem to get enough. My pay off.....the look on a persons face the first time they see their cake.
