Hi, I'm Greg. I got my first camera when I was about 10. It was a hand-me-down Kodak that had originally been my great-grandfathers. My memory of the camera was its unorthodox means of taking a photo. You positioned the camera at you waist and looked down into the viewfinder. The film was far larger than 35mm format and was only available in black and white. I remember using it on a holiday to Glacier National Park in Montana in the 1970s. My sister and I took turns making exposures of the impressive landscape throughout the trip.

My next camera was a Nikon FM which I received as a high school graduation gift. Although it was a brand new camera, it had already been supplanted by subsequent models. It is a beautiful camera and still gets envious looks from photo-geeks.

I am currently shooting with a Nikon D70s and I'm now only shooting digitally. Currently, I am doing very little post processing, but I hope to change that in the near future. My wife tells me that I am a flickr-addict and I guess I have to agree.
