Why Do I Take Pictures? I was asked very interesting question recently.

I take pictures because I get a lot of pleasure from seeing the results. I take pictures to help preserve the memory, the variety and the beauty of our wonderful, every-day life - the ordinary, the lovely, the unusual, the surprising, the mundane and the special.

And also to share a glimpse of my beautiful and unique country Australia, so far away from many others.

I have an old iPad on my desk which continuously plays a beautiful and meaningful slideshow of moments from my life.
