Wanderer bleib an Augenblick stian, mach Dir an stillen Gedanken,

kannst dem Schöpfer für die Gesundheit danken,

muast nit alleweil hasten,

hock di aufs Bankl, tua a bissl rasten,

schau die Vögalen zua,

hasch dei heilige Ruah.

 

 

Trying to translate the Rhyme, which is written on the Wayside Shrine in Tyrolean Dialect:

 

Wanderer stand still for a Moment, make a still Mind,

you can praise the Lord for your Health,

must not always hasten,

sit down on the Bench, make a little Rest,

looking to the Birds, you´ll have Recreation here.
