1991 Seat Ibiza Special

Any old Seat is a real rarity nowadays, so I was really glad to have spotted this one en route to visiting a friend on the weekend. I will return to leave a note as it is just in the expanding ULEZ come August, and despite a fairly recent keeper change, I get the impression it is simply being used as a cheap runabout. Either way, it is a remarkable survivor.
