Cortezas de Bacalao (Fried Salted Cod Skin)

These were unfortunately, nasty. No, not because they had turned bad or smelt bad. They were quite crunchy as well. Unfortunately, these pieces of deep fried salted cod skin were just TOO salty to be taken on their own as a snack. Salt avalanches in my mouth they were!
