I love Bergedil - fried spiced mashed potato cakes - what's not to like? EXCEPT, that dollop of salty sambal and salty crunchy fried anchovies served on top of the Bergedil, brought the salty taste way OTT that it totally ruined the subtle taste of the mashed potato for me.
I had high expectations; but was left terribly withdrew and disappointed.
