Flower Buds by Sunset

Sophora tomentosa var. truncata gets its common name, yellow necklace pod, from its distictive seedpod which resembles the beds in a necklace. Here it is at bloom stage along the Osprey nature trail in Homeymoon Key State Park near Dunein, Florida.
