Pivot vs Maneuver

Startup Founders are learning incorrect analogies for entrepreneurship:

A "pivot" is a point of rotation with defined limits.

A "maneuver," a shift in tactics to go in a different direction, requires leadership skills. --

Lesson: "The traveling rule has not changed."

In order to pivot, startup founders' corporate operations must come to a halt, a complete stop. Once established must pass to another teammate, try for a goal, bounce the ball of the defender to regain momentum, attempt to draw a foul or call for a timeout.
