Cream Seperator

Every dairy farm has or had a cream separator, especially if they sold cream and kept the whey to feed pigs or other livestock. This is a hand driven machine and it did the job very well, but what a great thing it was when the electric models arrived on the scene. Also in this photo is an ice cream maker, milking pails and a barrel butter churn, all of which are tools for the home dairy.
