Worlds Apart

Sometimes I feel the world has become homogenized. If it wasn't for the older lady in the photo this could easily pass of as any generic city in the world. I also wonder sometimes what it feels like when clothes, customs, fashion, habits, language change around you and you come to be seen as the oddity, the one who sticks out just because you couldn't or wouldn't change with the times.
