District bids farewell to program manager
Josh Miller, a Europe District program manager, is presented the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service by Col. Matthew Tyler, district commander, during an award ceremony Aug. 21 at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany. Miller, who joined the Missile Defense Branch in January 2014, successfully executed management, control and coordination of the Poland missile defense design efforts for the Missile Defense Agency and Navy. His dedication, expertise and attention to detail enabled him to capture stakeholder requirements and contributed to the program’s success.
