MANILA, Philippines (Feb. 2, 2012) - Cmdr. Leopoldo Albea, commanding officer of the guided missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer meets with Adm. A. Saprykin, commanding officer of Russian Task Group 1, aboard the Russian Federation large antisubmarine ship Admiral Panteleev while the ships shared a pier in Manila, Republic of the Philippines.
