Fair Development BBQ - 2013
On August 15, 2013, over a hundred United Workers members and community residents came out to James McHenry Rec Center for a Fair Development BBQ. The event was organized by the West Side Committee and the youth-led Human Rights Committee, “Free Your Voice.” It was MC'd by United Workers leader Shantress Wise and featured talent from local artists and the New Edition Marching Band.
