Sidelined Gondolas

Looking east down the tracks in Clarksburg WV, two gondola cars sit on a siding. I'd imagine they might have something like railroad ties, plates, nails, etc.....but I could easily be wrong. The one in the background looks a good bit beat up with it's swayed sides.
