Swainson's Hawk weathers the snow and cold

This Swainson's Hawk was perched in a tree while the wind blew and the snow fell. I suspect it was wishing it had stayed in Argentina a couple more weeks. ;-) It also appears there is something wrong with its left eye but I never could get another look at it beyond this one shot. Taken in Adams County, Colorado.
