" Troubleshooting Diagrams " ... Navy Semi - Classified Instructional Booklet from December 1973. Found among new and old debris at old navy building on Oahu Hawaii.

I must have seriously walked over this thing about 50 times already in past visits to this site before finally deciding on picking it up today.
