White or Purple? Pt. 6 - _TNY_6908

This white variation of the purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) is known as "White Swan" and according to the butterflies it is something of a favourite.

Here a small tortoiseshell (Aglais urticae) which was walking around on it enjoying it for quite some time was temporarily joined by a silver-washed fritillary (Argynnis paphia).
