My son eating his lunch on a rock by the Mjällån river running through the Mjällådalen nature reserve. The sand in the foreground is the type of habitat where we have found quite a lot of interesting beetles, including this small black ground beetle known as Bembidion litorale here:
Daniels was extremely useful as he kept track of (and kept in place) the tiny beetles while I tried to nail focus on them through the lens.
