Climbing for Ladies - _TNY_0747

This little guy wearing striped socks is a male four-spor orb-weaver (Araneus quadratus).

 

He was climbing around on the leaves on a sunflower, presumably looking for lady company.

 

I actually managed to take a couple of photos of a female, just a couple of sunflowers away from this guy.
