This fuzzy little guy is a grey-banded mining-bee (Andrena denticulata) and the completely yellow flower is a tansy (Tanacetum vulgare).
In German however, this is a "Rainfarn-Herbstsandbiene", which translated into English becomes "tansy autumn mining-bee so obviously this one is on exactly the right flower!
