Now I didn't spot this very small juvenile v-fronted jumper (Aelurillus v-insignitus) on its own - it was too small for that.
Instead I was trying to sneak up on a green tiger beetle which promptly ran away when I noticed this tiny little guy bouncing around right in front of me, right next to the gravel parking lot at Tyresta by and the main entrance to the Tyresta National Park south of Stockholm, Sweden.
