Getting All the Way In - _TNY_9924

Here is a female brimstone butterfly (Gonepteryx rhamni) really working to get that proboscis all the way in to suck up some nectar from a pink sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus) in the garden of a couple of friends in Älta in the eastern part of Stockholm.
