Wanna Hug, pt. 2 - _TNY_1207

The ox-eye daisies (Leucanthemum vulgare) are frequently visited flowers by pollinators so it makes sense if you're an ambush predator to set your hug trap in the center of one of those.

 

And that's exactly what this common crab spider (Xysticus cristatus) has done to great effect.
