The Striped Flycatcher - _TNY_0663S2
A field digger wasp (Mellinus arvensis) which has just caught a fly, presumably to bring back to its nest for the offspring to eat.
This is a two shot composite - I had one with the wasp in focus and one with the fly underneath it. The stacking software couldn't work with it so I did a manual stack in Photoshop instead.
