On seeing my reflection, I'm looking slightly rough

This is a Wilson's Petrel pattering on the mirror-calm Weddell Sea in Antarctica. Wilson’s petrels use a pattering behaviour to help them feed. They hover over the sea and dip their feet into the surface which seems to attract small fish and shrimps. They are one of the most abundant birds in the world but don't breed anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere. They are one of that small number of birds that migrate north for the winter from their Southern Hemisphere breeding grounds. They regularly appear off Britain during late summer, which is late winter in the far south.

And the title? It's from the 1979 Squeeze hit Cool for Cats.
