On Santa Monica Boulevard in 2019 were these music studios, occupying a former office building, erected 1957, aged 62 years.

The building was more attractive when Ed Ruscha visited 45 years prior, in 1974. But it was still young then.

 

Ed Ruscha also visited in 2007, when the building was occupied by a business called Exclusive Caregivers.
