CAPTOR-C

CAPTOR-C will definitely suppress any risk of human error when measuring with a dial indicator. CAPTOR-C sensors enable to detect:

- which SC point is being measured by the user

- if the dial indicator is in contact with the control point bushing when the data acquisition button is pressed, preventing thus the saving of any wrong measurement.

 

CAPTOR-C proposes two measurement modes:

- sequence mode: the user will have to measure the SC points in the order defined in the sequence. If not - 1,3,2 instead of 1,2,3 -, an error message will be displayed, indicating which point should be measured.

- random mode: the user can measure the point in a random order. CAPTOR-C software displays all the points to be measured (see picture), indicating which ones have been measured and if they are OK or NOK, and which are still pending of measurement.

 

Apart from this detection system and the possibility of measuring in two different modes, CAPTOR-C software also provides to the user the same information as CAPTOR-S software:

- customizable measurement programmes

- instantaneous information about the point measured: OK/NOK

- calculation of the Cpk of the series

- possibility to insert pictures and comments

- export of the measurement data in csv or Qs-Stat format.
