I am trying to incorporate more round tiles in my usual tangling. It is a personal challenge because it pushes me to think harder than I usually need to, with square tiles.

Oh look, another zentangle/zendala. I loved combining the two types together.
Created with fine and ultra fine sharpie marker and scarpbooking marker.
This is my first Zendala after CZT training :) I am not sure if I like it yet :P I made several mistakes so I had to think up ways to cover them :P I must say I am at least satisfied those cannot be seen!!
This is a template with many small shapes. I wasn't very keen on the small spaces because I do want to try some new tangles each time (if I can). Instead of following all the spaces, I kind of merged some of them together so that I can concentrate on the tangles patterns. I also thought softening the edges of this template, which I thought had so many sharp corners. So, I tried the Inapod with a little Mooka inside instead of the 'pods' , as I think it would make it too busy.

Amid all of the boxes and packing I did manage to take a break and tangle for a bit.
My Zendala was drawn on white card stock with Micron .01 & .004 pens. It's colored with Sharpie pens. Some of the tangles are: Flora, Ramy, Heartline. Thanks for viewing. Your comments are appreciated.

Oh look, another zentangle. My third attempt and I think i was getting better. I laid out the circles and then drew within them. Created with fine and ultra fine Sharpie marker and scrapbooking marker.
Closer up.

new zendala done first in my love - black and white - crisp inked patterns - then colorized using pitt brush pens and gel pens.
Zentangle, zendoodle, zendala, Staedtler Pigment Liner pens, sharpie ultra fine point colored markers, slight pencil shading.
The Diva's #200th Challenge. Genevieve Crabe's Zendala Template #9 (tangleharmony.com) was perfect to use my "Mac'n'cheese" tangle which is Rich's Paradox. Congrats, Laura and thank you to Genevieve.
I teach mandala drawing lessons and today the first lesson was: straight lines, curved lines and combined lines (straight and curved). My student drew with colourpencils; I made a zendala. Left curved lines (female), right straight lines (male) and in the middle combined lines.
This is a close-up of my second rendition of this Dare (at the requests of one of the participants). The design just popped out at me and I had to do it. I drew it on lettersize cardstock with Micron pens .005 & .01. The tangles I used are Kibred, Bucky, and Cubine. Thanks for viewing. Comments are welcome and appreciated.
A challenging design on this Dare. I used card stock/letter size and the full page printout. I started with the Blooming Butter around the outer edges. Connecting them uniformly was quite a challenge. It's not exactly symmetrical, but I did the best I could. Then I just filled in the other spaces with a series of lines and circles. Your comments are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for taking a look.
I'm really getting kind of hooked on making these - maybe because the idea is somewhat similar to making a quilt...
