Another rendition of Zendala Dare #13. I think my favorite way to fill a space is with lines. Your comments are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking.
Enjoyed creating this Zendala Dare. I used Chasing the Sun, Dekore, and Upholstered. I am experimenting with shadows and may have over shawdowed a bit. Thanks for looking at it. I love to hear what you think! Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Made another version of Dare #18. I used pink cardstock (8.5x8.5) and Micron Pens .01 & .005. I colored it with metallic and white gel pens. I used the tangles Golven, Meer, Nipa and Flez. Thanks for viewing. Your comments are always appreciated.
I am building my own portfolio and I felt it needed more colour. I am usually not big on using colour as it actually requires more thinking for me (by default I lean more to black and white).
This has been completed.. see other images ^^
some more new tangles and messed up ribbons, but I will try them again.
I guess you should try new tangles before adding them to your zentangles.
Completed on 7/19/2010. I suppose this could be considered as a mini-Zendala of sorts given its overall circular shape and symmetry even though I did not know what a Zendala was back when I created this. Used black Sakura Pigma Micron pens and graphite pencil for shading.
For this Zendala, I decided to use the full page instead of the smaller version so i'd have more room to draw. I really like how this came out.
I'm new at this but I really enjoyed doing this. Not sure how good or original a Zendala this is as I'm just being whimsical and doodled it. I love working with lines and creating depth with them. Sometimes it turns out well and sometimes not! I've tried to create the flow with just lines (mainly) by drawing them in different directions. Did some shading here to try give it some depth.
Done on December 27, 2008
My first attempt at making a non-circle and non-rectangle zentangle/zendala.
Created with fine and ultra fine sharpie marker.
Please go to my blog, "All Tangled Up" @ www.ronniesz.wordpress.com for a full description of these Zendala Dares. Thanks.
Done on plain cardstock with Sharpie pen. Wish I could say this was lead free but did have to use a ruler etc and did try some of the papperns first in pencil. For me to be this precise I have to work this way but still was fun. Took 2 days. Forgot, this is 8.5" sq.
Knase, Nipa, Crescent Moon, Foot-Lite.
(Dropz, Hanging Hypnotic - my patterns). Knase was a new pattern for me. It was very fun to do. My Dropz got a soft blue color, looks like pearls :)
