Sometimes everything aligns just right. Here's the Empire State Building aligned within the east tower of the Manhattan Bridge.

Kabukicho, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, Japan
Photos made during the Annual World Wide Photowalk 2014 organised by Scott Kelby and run internationally. I went along to Liverpool st, not very hopefull on the weather holding out and met a bunch of wonderful people including our walk leader Steve. He took us around spittalfields market and the iconic gherkin building. I really enjoyed the day and my 3rd photo walk.
Captured this during the 2014 World Wide PhotoWalk in Ybor City. This street vendor was fashioning roses out of palm fronds to sell to the many tourist walking around the area.
This is an HDR composed of 3 exposures 2 stops apart.
He loves them. Especially the guys. We've had many systems. By set. By series. Upstairs. Downstairs. But the one that seems to work the best is the jumbled mix kept in the corner of the living room.
I joined the early morning 2014 Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk (#WWPW2014) hoping for great light. We got showers and occasional torrential downpours instead. In between rain bursts, I managed to land a few decent shots.
This was the very first exposure ever taken on my new Nikon D610; I wanted to make its inaugural shot a worthy one. I circled this vintage popcorn vendor cart in Victoria's Market Square several times, looking for the best angle. The editing took far longer than the shoot; being autumn, there were a large number of leaves strewn across the ground that really dirtied up the scene. In retrospect, I should have edited them out with Photoshop rather than Lightroom. Or brought a broom.
Nikon D610 and Nikkor 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens at 56mm, exposed for 1/30 second at f/5.6, ISO 200. Exposure, clarity, dodging and burning, and extensive blemish removal in Lightroom 5.
