We took this on the last day of work. Elizabeth is in the red shirt; we stayed at her house and she organized where we would work.

Matt almost singlehandedly did the bathrooms by himself, including ripping out the toilets and tubs. Pretty gross, especially when foul-smelling black water came out of one of the toilets.

This lot was next door to the house we worked on. It had a nice yard and a FEMA trailer, but no house. We would sit on cinderblocks and eat our lunches in the shade by that fence. Also, neighborhood people would hang out in the yard a lot in the afternoon.

With both of us working from home now, I am relegated to a life of laptop, portichair and to-go cup on any day even mildly sunny to ensure we only drive each other mildly nuts in the crunch of the constant freelance deadline. I'd love to complain...but, no.

I liked pulling up tile with that tool.

Actually, the front didn't really change. Walking out of the house is Linda, whose elderly disabled aunt lived in the house. I wish I had a better picture of her; she was awesome.

Corey is working up a sweat.
