I love this color! I bought this in Bellingham on my birthday.

this is a natural color carpet, one where the wool fibers were not dyed at all, but used in their natural colours...

It's a fairly rough Romney, nice and clingy so easy to spin, but coarse enough to make it too easy to make it hard. So I really tried to balance the ply on the yarn.

A close look at the center slipped stitch column of the striped portion of my Enchanted Daybreak Shawl. I love how the earthiness of the Noro colors tones down the brightness of the orange Nature Spun. And I really love how the slipped stitches pop against the background.

The scarf was made using size 17 needles & Rowan Big Wool Fusion. It is a basic cable repeated over & over. The scarf is long.
