寒い。10月中旬。朝の外気温5度。
Snugpak製の寝袋、スリーパーゼロはマイナス7度までOKなようですが、さすがにTシャツな薄着では寒くて目が覚めました。。。
あと、早朝から釣り人が多く、朝6時くらいには外が賑やかになってきたので諦めて起きることに。
What are your Memorial Day weekend plans? We are adventuring around Colorado and New Mexico. This has to be one of the best campsites we've ever stayed at. Wide open, expansive 360 degree views, and a stunning view of Blanca Peak, the 4th highest peak in the Rockies. This sunset shot looks like something out of a magazine, eh? I grew up going to vann-ins, the 2%-ers. Camping out in my dads van with others doing the same. My dream is to own a VW bus someday so i can go camping with my kiddos.
You know that feeling when you know there are thousands of options to choose from, yet you can't make a decision? That's how we felt yesterday picking a #climbing route in @joshuatreenps. We got tunnel vision on one area, yet we couldn't find a great route. Finally, after hours of wasted time, we moved on and found a great climb to practice our skills. J Tree is huge.
