Say no to office politics and stark cubicles - you are a snazzy corprate tree-hugger that eats your lunch under the tree by the parkinglot. Climb that latter in style and grow out your ponytail...

My crazy wife hugs trees whenever given the chance. She loved this old guy near the Fenway section of Boston.
treehugger. Well, this was brought to me by my daughter, who would like our family to hug a few more trees.
Angela and I must have been on the same wavelength today. She shot her tree hugger shot just 11 minutes before I took mine! She even titled her shot the same as I was going to title mine. :D

This year instead of paying $40+ for a dead/murdered tree, we decided we'd get a live tree every Christmas & plant them in our yard. Paying $40 for a living tree is a better value. I guess that's our "environmental" New Year's Resolution.

This wall marked the perimeter of a house painted in the same colours as you see here. This sort of "decoration" of a house or its perimeter wall is not typically Portuguese.
I received a FlickrMail today from the ever lovely MajorLight telling me she had written me a testimonial. I thought it was my first testimonial ever because I'd never before received notification of a testimonial. I thought they just appeared once someone had submitted one. Well, dopey me, while trying to figure out why I didn't see Lucia's testimonial, I clicked on the "Manage Your Testimonials" link and I discovered that I didn't have just one testimonial,... I HAD FOUR! o.o And they were all sitting there just waiting for my approval to be made public. D'oh! o.o It was humbling to see that I'd received so many testimonials when I thought I had none. It is fitting to have discovered this today, too, given the title I'd decided to give this photo. So... for all the women who have written me testimonials—Sierra (Sierra is a space cadet!), Kimmy (Little Miss Kimmyshine), Kait (treehugger*), and now Lucia (MajorLight)—this photo and this song are for you. Thank you all! I really appreciate it! :D
EDIT: And then while writing all this, I received a FIFTH testimonial! Oy! o.o From Shel (Principessa [Michelangelo]). So, this is for you, too, my friend! :D

How I Go Into The Woods
Ordinarily, I go to the woods alone,
with not a single friend, for they are
all smilers and talkers and therefore unsuitable.
I don't really want to be witnessed talking to the catbirds or hugging the old black oak tree.
I have my way of praying, as you no doubt have yours.
... If you have ever gone to the woods with me, I must love you very much.

The same day we were shooting this video, Graham's new bed was being delivered. It has been crafted by a carpenter, using some of Hill's sketches.
First picture was in March this year and second one at Pride in Augest this year - gym and good food really have been my life saver - Blood work in Feb this year showed I was on a crash course to my own grave, I knew deep down I was killing myself nothing was right and the buck landed at my door nobody elses. Its my fault, I accepted it and moved on. Best thing I ever did!
Today is the last day to enter your textures into the Best Original Texture Contest - Week Two! Please take a look, and enter your textures!
