Weighed in my pajamas and came in at 180.4 pounds. Muscle mass of 108.8, up from a month ago at 97.something. I've lost 9 pounds at the same time I have gained eleven pounds of muscle. When I said I was too lazy to stay fat, I meant it. :))&-=
Tony Robbins website challenge. I am 1 of 9 semi-finalists and am looking for positive votes! This contest was run on CrowdSpring and the competition has been stiff but I feel confident that my design exceeds all the requirements. Hopefully you will agree :)

I'm going up against the #Wisconsin mentality and it's not easy. . I love Wisconsin (except from November-March) but the people here have a "local" mentality with no aspirations for growth. . That's a generalized statement, it's definitely not true for the people I surround myself with and not true for the other people I hope to meet. But when talking about the #Midwest mindset, it's obvious why @tonyrobbins or any other Success Driven Elitist don't come around often, if ever. . This tiny phone I'm typing on in #milwaukee will send this post around the world. Using Skype I connect with people whose toilet water swirls in the opposite direction. I can use this phone to take a picture, upload it to Amazon and have someone in Tibet buy it. . #Think Globally because we're in the 21st Century.
