I used Topaz Lens Effect V 1.0 plugin and applied theTilt and Shift effect to this image to give it a toy trainset feel.
there is so much photoshoped with this picture i'm not writing anything here, just know that I had way too small of an aperture...
taken with a 45mm focal length tilt and shift lens using shift function. Sharpness amazing. Hard to pinpoint differences from using ordinary lens at 45 mm.
Taken from the 20th floor of the Rotunda in Birmingham. View looking down to the road. Photoshop faked Tilt and Shift effect.
Taken on a Canon 1000d and a Canon 70-200mm f4 L.

A 17 minute exposure at night using a Tilt Shift lens.
An application was used to calulate angle and aperture. I only needed to focus on the foreground.
