I was testing tethered shooting this evening, I was quite pleased with this straight from camera other than the B&W conversion.
Most, but not all, of the balloons will offer a tethered ride where occupants ride in the wicker basket up to about 50ft. The balloons are kept in place by at least 3 anchor points most of which run to the vans you see parked on the grounds. Rides were $10 each.
Electric wires are everywhere in Guatemala -- it was nearly impossible to shoot a facade that wasn't strung up in some way to multiple lines.
On the flip side, my cellphone signal was strong for the duration of the trip -- even in the remote highlands.
