A ramshackle shelter with an animal tethered beside it. I guess, going by the rubbish near the shelter, that the shelter is for the owner to use, presumably to keep out of the sun while watching over the animal.

I was testing tethered shooting this evening, I was quite pleased with this straight from camera other than the B&W conversion.
Most, but not all, of the balloons will offer a tethered ride where occupants ride in the wicker basket up to about 50ft. The balloons are kept in place by at least 3 anchor points most of which run to the vans you see parked on the grounds. Rides were $10 each.
