Is amazing how a little pond can contribute to create a nice photo thanks to the reflections and symmetries obtained. Partial view of the -Norman Foster- Palacio de Congresos, Valencia (Spain).

Photo taken for Our Daily Challenge: Symmetry
And Today's Posting #155 Go old-school today and make a photograph that either features an old subject or simply looks old.
Photo cropped in half, reversed and butted together. Some changes made to make it symmetrical and other changes made to make it asymmetrical. Can you find them? Some changes may be hard to see unless you have a large screen.
This is a photo of ice that has formed in the shape of a trident on branches beside the river. The image has been mirrored and copied twice to be symmetrical. The detail is best seen full screen.

Last year I scored two rolls of expired kodak portra 160 VC. I finally found a decent lab that will develop medium format film for reasonable prices and not rip me off like the local shop who once tried to charge 45 bucks for 12 pictures of black & white film. Depending on the results and the final pricing, I might be shooting a lot more medium format film again after quite a long break (almost 3 years).
I'm really excited to see how these two will turn out! Soon...
Holes Bay reflections, for my photo of the day. The water was beautifully calm, for a change, resulting in these lovely reflections.
I'm also going to use this for my 116 photos in 2016 project, number 9 "symmetry"

Having a tidy up of my images but i wanted this one to stay =)
Its an old one that you may well have seen already, apologies if you have, just ignore it! =)
Quite a few have asked me if it is ok to take tripod into churches in Rome. Well, i would generally say no tripod for most interior and they will let you know at the entrance with a signage such as no mobile ringtone, no flash. no tripod & sometimes photography is not even allowed. Therefore to keep things light & simple, I did all my interior shots handheld. Seriously this Europe trip has trained me to have the steadiest hands ever for 3 exposure shots!! if you are thinking of getting sharp handheld images from now on, stop wanking right away ! :D
