Also, did you notice the empty spaces where there used to be more magnetic ribbons?

I saw this at Wal-Mart and was FLOORED. If it had only been a yellow ribbon, I would have excused the similar shape as coincidence. But this is CLEARLY an imitation of a particular magnetic faux ribbon derivative, making it an imitation of an imitation.

Representatives from Operation FINALLY HOME, the City of Irving, Winston Homes, NEC and other members of the Irving community were on hand as Major Eric King and his family were given the keys to their new, mortgage-free home. Operation FINALLY HOME provides mortgage-free homes to service members and their families who have become wounded, ill, or injured as a result of their service in the defense of our country. The NEC Corporation of America Foundation, supported by contributions from NEC employees, became involved with this mission and helped to sponsor the construction of a new home for a true American hero. NEC employees also participated in fundraisers to buy needed furniture and appliances for the King family as well as volunteering their time to do landscaping and build furniture at the property. #veterans #USArmy #supportourtroops #GivingBack

I'm always fascinated by hyperlinking in the physical world. This was printed on the ribbon, but it looks like someone drew it on their otherwise textless breast cancer magnetic ribbon. Weird!

Philadelphia: Local officials and military-connected organizations honored a World War II veteran on Friday, June 11 at a patriotic event hosted by Cherry Hill Dodge and the New Jersey Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program.

Eighty-nine year-old honoree Edward Martino of Cherry Hill is a Purple Heart recipient who served in the 309th Combat Engineers in the Army's 84th Infantry Division. He was wounded by shrapnel in the bloody Battle of the Bulge amid snow, sleet and rain in March 1945.

"Our owner Charlie Faulke is a Korean War veteran and we have gone out of her way to support active and former military, so when the opportunity to honor a veteran came long, we jumped at the opportunity", said dealership manger Bryan Lasater, an Air Force veteran.

Donna Clementoni of Barrington, an ESGR advocate ad spokeswoman, said ESGR is a mainly volunteer Department of Defense organization seeking to create a business culture in which all American employers value and support the military service and sacrifice of their employees.

Recon troopers from 3d Squadron, 2d Calvary Regiment joined Latvian and Canadian recon teams for a water infiltration exercise near Adazi Military Base, Latvia, March 30, 2015. The Soldiers practiced ways to infiltrate enemy positions via watercraft and maneuver onto land behind enemy lines to call for fire upon a designated target. The exercise, part of Operation Summer Shield XII, involved multiple joint military assets and an immense strategic planning effort. OSS XII is a 10-day evolving training process during which partner forces from the U.S., Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Germany, Canada and the United Kingdom work alongside one another in combined arms and live-fire maneuvers.
