The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is a yearly festival of hot air balloons that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States during early October. The Balloon Fiesta is a nine-day event, and has over 500 balloons each year. The event is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world.
Use red/blue glasses for best effect.
Anaglyph 3D is the name given to the stereoscopic 3D effect achieved by means of encoding each eye's image using filters of different (usually chromatically opposite) colors, typically red and cyan. Anaglyph 3D images contain two differently filtered colored images, one for each eye. When viewed through the "color-coded" "anaglyph glasses", each of the two images reaches one eye, revealing an integrated stereoscopic image.
Images captured with dual canon EOS-M3 Cameras and combined in software.

I have been walking past this timber shed for 18 months and only today, with the help of overnight rain, has it revealed its true secrets to me. The ageing plywood is breaking down, and in the process is seemingly revealing the nature of the forest, and life itself.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BORIS!
The word charisma (origin from the Greek word χάρισμα (kharisma), "gift" or "divine favor," from kharizesthai, "to favor," from kharis, "favor") refers to a rare trait found in certain human (rooster) personalities usually including extreme charm and a 'magnetic' quality of personality and/or appearance along with innate and powerfully sophisticated personal communicability and persuasiveness.

Fried egg with chocolate.
"I want to try something different", she said.
(And she actually liked the combination.)

My roses that I got from my mom for my birthday are still hanging in there. I figured it would be a good time to try out my new 35 mm that I got for my birthday on these :) It will take some getting used to since it's a prime lens, but I think I like it so far.
I found this beautiful creation while driving through the next village to mine, its fantastic even after several days of thaw. Not your average snowman I think you'll agree.
A collaboration.
The first original was a routine macro of a standard red cyclamen with its foliage. The photographer made a second generation original (from which I worked), a color reversal experiment with a "not-of-this-world" result. Photo image by Gabriela Baldaia (Flickr handle, June Garden). Image-Specific Framing by me, rajahdajah.
Permission has been granted to copy, to re-work, and to re-display.
This particular framing method is not a tame variety at all. It's editing (all by hand, no software) actually elevates the the original image to a new stylized level with the character of a painter's composition.
An art abstract. View it large.
Fascinating to see what light does and how it looks when you tilt, shift and bend light rays shining through objects in nature... Trees, flowers, windows...
Unpredictable results of every camera shot is part and parcel of the whole experience - beautiful to behold when the conditions are just right.
P.S This IS NOT created with software, plugins or manipulated to create blurs - if you ever see a print of these abstracts in real life you will clearly see this comes from camera, technique and lots of trial and errors...
