My animal loving, nature child is trying horseback riding for the first time at a day camp this week. It wasn't surprising to hear her ask for a horse when I picked her up today, but I had to tell her to get in line--I asked for a goat first. ;)

There is always something new to see on a visit in these 500-year-old gardens in the Tywi valley of Carmarthenshire. The cloisters garden and rare parapet wall, hidden for centuries, were restored 15 years ago, and now the magnificent Georgian mansion is being brought back to life. This year sees the restoration of the main hall and east wing of the Grade II listed house. Don’t miss the ancient yew tunnel and the fantastical Ninfarium where tropical plants grow among the ruined walls of the central courtyeard of the mansion. - See more at: www.onehistoricgarden.co.uk/aberglasney-gardens#sthash.Qy...

Just a quick shot of the new sticker on my car! Oh, Yeah! : )

This was shot during Chinese New Year Celebration 2008. Some of the Singapoream museums have a collection of snaps dated WW II. I wanted to give the same feel in this one. This to some extent sends us back to memories, and makes us spare some moments to dedicate to their sacrifice.

This is the last of the photos of Mexico! I hope you've enjoyed following along as I posted them. Now I'll be able to look back at this set and be reminded of all the amazing stuff we saw and did on our trip. (Maybe someday I'll see some photos from Dave and Ben ;)

Unfortunately I could not document some of the best parts of the trip... like seeing Radiohead live with a crowd of 55,000 on their first visit to Mexico in 15 years...

Or the inventive and delicious food at Jaso, a restaurant specializing in something Dave calls 'molecular gastronomy'. (Or meeting Jared, the head chef at Jaso, and getting a tour of the kitchen!)

Ahhh... I can't wait to travel to somewhere new :)

The Lincoln Square building and the skybridge connecting it to Bellevue Place are among the newest additions to Bellevue's skyline. It's almost a real city now.

This is something I had never seen before. It was about 1cm in length.
