Carrying on the tradition of long summer holidays building go-carts our intrepid minifigs race down a hill.
(apologies for picture quality).
The 69th annual Soapbox Derby was held on Constitution Avenue, running downhill alongside the Capitol.
Time for a Dr. Seuss quote:
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.
You're on your own. And you know what you know.
You are the guy who'll decide where to go.
These two are going somewhere alright - their going to spend the rest of their lives side by side :)

Freelance design work I recently did for Red Bull's Soapbox Derby. The race will be in Philadelphia in September and they will race down "The Wall" in Manayunk.
