There's this smoothie place near my house that has these amazing walls. One side is orange/yellow, one side is lime green, and the other is blue. I thought It would be a sweet spot to take some pictures at so my friends Jeff & Melissa helped me out.

I've been reading happyfoody and she has a thirty day smoothie challenge. It's basically make a smoothie every day, exercise everyday, and cut out white sugar every day for a month (and eat regular foods, etc--the list is not meant to be exclusive for thirty days). So this was my first smoothie. It's got two frozen bananas, one cup fresh blueberries, two cups baby spinach, and one navel orange plus enough water to blend. The key here is to BLEND this baby until SMOOTH. I literally let it go for about 8 minutes per the instructions on the site. You know what? It tasted awesome, not spinachy at all! There was enough for two days! I exercised, too! But the white sugar was really hard to let go of...it's the only thing I will have in my Dominican espresso...white pure cane sugar.
