GB Railfreight Class 92, 92038 smoothly passes through Winsford with the Caledonian Sleeper Up Highlander (1M16) on another gloomy and damp mid-May morning.
Unusually when the service reached Crewe a few minutes later - for its scheduled passenger drop-off and crew change stop - it went into Platform 5 vice the usual Platform 6.

Crazy Smooth came down from Quebec to teach workshops in town this past weekend. This guy is AMAZING at dance. So talented and so inspiring. This shot is apart of my Portrait Project.
Not a particularly inspiring shot, but more an experiment with DOF - just playing with the camera to see what it can do :O) Quite pleased with the result, but must choose a more interesting subject next time...
Galium Mollugo - A perennial plant with square stems and whorls of 6 to 8 leaves. It is used for healing in herbal medicine practice, This grows in our lawn every year. When I stop taking photos of it my husband will mow it down, in Putnam County, Carmel, New York.
Sometimes i wish i could turn back time, back to the time I was there.. the sight... the smell.. the color.. the scene.. now, here it is... enjoy
I don't usually think of desaturating my photos. I thought of it this time as one is c. 1952 and therefore already b&w.

It can be very difficult to distinguish the Smooth Newt from the Palmate Newt. Females are particularly difficult to tell apart, similiar in size, the best pointer is the darker spotting or speckling on the throats of Smooth Newts.
It is hard to imagine the velocity of the water that flowed through the Lower Antelope Slot Canyon causing this erratic formation.

Foi por causa desse cidadão aqui que eu pedi o kit da coleção Braziliant pra Faby Tedrus, e felizmente fui atendida. :DDDDDDDDD Foi amor à primeira vista e, quando usei a primeira vez, disse que esse seria o escolhido caso tivesse que usar um esmalte pro resto da vida. A gente vive fazendo essas promessas no calor do momento, eu sei, e tantas lindezas vieram para as minhas mãos desde então que eu não me arrisco mais a fazer esse tipo de escolha hipotética, o importante é que ele é lindo demais. <3 O acabamento é glass flecked, esses pedacinhos de brilho irregulares, cobre bem com duas camadas, acho que usei umas três ou quatro vezes e o vidrinho-INHO tá nem na metade (se fosse um Impala de uns anos atrás não cobria nem uma mão). Uma época pensei que seria uma boa ter o vidro de tamanho normal, se bem que tem tantos outros pra serem usados... Infilirmente não tive a oportunidade de comprar por um preço ok (agora só acho importando, o que, com o dólar a R$83, é impossível), não garanto que teria sangue frio de deixar uma boa oportunidade passar. Acho que esse vidrinho ainda me trará algumas alegrias. <3
