Opposite the desk, with all my office supplies stowed above the monitor, I freed up shelf space in the metal shelves. So now there's space to stow the paper recycling boxes on the lower shelf.

Oh, and the little shelving unit that used to support the center of the old desk? Yeah, that's it tucked in at the end of the metal shelves. I don't even have anything stored there yet. Right now it's just filling the gap between the metal shelves and the wall. (They can't snug right up against the wall because they're too tall - they'd dent the ceiling.) That way if anything tries to fall off the work table I have on the other side (in my sewing room), it won't go far.

I had already planned to round over the cut edges with some sandpaper though. So while I did that I also did my best to neaten up the splintered bit.

So yeah, Noah was a pretty important character to me back when I was 16 and writing dumb OC fic. Though to be fair, I mainly saw him as an extension of Kiryna, my Japanese Momoko doll since they (still) are the most expensive 1/6th figures I’ve spent on them separately, yet happen to have ultra awkward collector doll bodies and work really cutely as a couple, since Noah had one of the tallest bodies for an adult 1/6th figure while Kiryna has one of the smaller adult female bodies on this scale.

I’m really proud of being able to finally get a hunky looking face out of that awkward sculpt and haircut, and I’m finally getting my money’s worth heh.

Journée Nostalgie, on ressort les vieilleries...

I can now actually walk up to my bookshelves, and put books away. What a concept!

With the door removed, I pushed the filing cabinets together. I also assembled the first component of my IKEA hack - a 12"x35"x70" IVAR unit.

Vesgar was a toa of air that became corrupt when Mata Nui destroyed Makuta. Mata Nui said that he cleansed Spherus Magna of evil, but not all of that was true.

He became corrupt when Tahu and Takanuva called all toa and the Oomn to follow the Makuta that were gathering inide Mata Nui's corrupted body. He thought that the toa stood no chance. He decided to go and join the makuta. In doing so, he had to defeat his toa team so they won't hinder or tell others what he was doing. When he was murdering his fellow teammates, something inside him changed. He felt different, like something was taking control of him. At that moment he learned that he couldn't go back.

He left the rotting bodies of his slain friends and went to find where the makuta had gone.

As he was walking, he saw a familiar sight. It was a toa. He looked stranded, and by the looks of him he must have been a fellow toa of air. Trying not to be seen, he quickly hid behind a tree and waited for him to pass. This was his way of rebelling against the toa, beause he knew that they weren't going to win so why let them have a chance of winning? When the toa went past him, Vesgar jumped up and tried to slice him with his sword, but instead of being the one to slice, the other toa of air was faster, and took of Vesgar's hand. In the end Vesgar won, but with the los of his hand.

With his hand gone he replaced it with a blaster of sorts. He has stll yet to be found and punished...

Creator's comments

Well, it has been a while since I made a revamp of anything (besides my selfie :P) so I guess this was a bit refreshing. I don't have much about him I want to talk about, but he will most likely be taken apart soon. Also this is the theme song.

The lounge in Pauley Hall got all-new furniture, two televisions, two ping-pong tables, and a pool table.

Elaine with 1930's Cadillac Limo holding revamproductions.com purse. Fun photo shoot.

This might be my favorite part of the new desk.

I placed a shelf snug up under the desktop to hold my UPS, power strip, and even the modem. Now all that stuff is neatly stowed, but up off the floor so that I can actually sweep under my desk.

And that lowest shelf? When I first placed it I thought it would be for some more storage. But it turns out to be exactly the right height for a nice foot rest.

I revamped one of my favorite past designs and I rebuilt the signature parts and added some new ones!

The top one is the tactical mid range variant and the bottom is the entry level variant.

In case you didn't notice, these guns were built independent of one another, no copy paste change a few parts like the original!

If you want to see the original check the comments, picture link up.

The first floor of Paley Hall, including the lounge area, gutted in preparation for renovation.

In the space formerly taken up by the other half of the old desk, I now have a new 20"x35"89" IVAR unit.

My photo frame takes up the bulk of the space in the middle of the new shelves. But underneath and above I now have more storage for various items that used to get heaved on the old desk, or just float around my apartment with no assigned home. In fact, you can see that the second to top shelf isn't even full, and I've also got an extra shelf I can squeeze in there if I decide I need even more storage.

To the left of the new shelves there's now space for me to fold up my workbench, and also a stepstool, and tuck them up against the window.

To the left of that...

I don't often do WIP shots or back-views, but I felt it would be beneficial to get a better look at that back design!

One of my old MOCs I felt like migrating from Deviant Art.

added about 2 inches per my mom's request. they pull down a bit in the back - maybe i should have made the heel a bit deeper?
