En el Foyer del Teatro de la Ciudad Esperanza Iris, se realizó la conferencia de prensa para dar los detalles del espectáculo Noises. Los ruidos de mi flamenco, que se estrenará en este recinto, el sábado 1 de julio, con una propuesta de producción “vanguardista y retrofuturista”. Presentado piezas musicales inspiradas en Claude Debussy, del pianista Ryuichi Sakamoto, y del arte plástico y surrealista de Salvador Dalí y del flamenco tradicional con esencia de Vicente Escudero.

Once, long ago a story was told to me of an ancient civilization. This could even be said to be the most ancient people, this is indeed the civilization that everything afterward had echoed down from and whose events and people still continued to cast shadows over all things.
Now, to better understand what these people were like, you'll have to keep in mind that our world has many layers above and below our own and when taken as a whole, the matter and energy of the Universe itself has an intelligence and a personality of its own. In fact, that creature was called The One by these people. The One was very young, and when these creatures began to show signs of being slightly different than itself, even though they were a part of it, The One became joyful. This was something unique and different, and it was curious about them. The One named these creatures The Many, for they were small and reproduced quickly.
The Many knew of The One and after seeing its beauty, they began to resonate with The One and they fell into a deep love for it. This wasn't a worship of it, but more like a mutual respect for it and a desire to give something back to it for giving so much of itself to them.
And so there came to be a Grand Experiment. This was a labor of passion taken on by a large portion of the society. They had figured out a way to link themselves together to become of one mind, much like The One.
To put it metaphorically (as so much about this civilization is only understood in this world metaphorically), there is a door within the mind of each of them, and simply by fashioning a key that may look something like this one to human eyes they could open this door... thereby moving into the space beyond, together.
The experiment was a success, and they found it was a place of great wonder to be together as one!
